Responsibilities: - Organise the implementation and management of projects in accordance with the work plan. - Develop and agree project concepts, objectives and milestones with the manager, project supervisors. - Adjust project schedule and budget and agree changes with project supervisors. - Generate and agree interim and final project reports with the Head of Department and submit interim and final reports to project supervisors. - Initiate and schedule meetings as projects progress. - Adjust project schedule and budget and agree changes with project supervisors. - Prepare and lead project presentations and make changes to projects - Control the quality of work performance on projects. - Execute projects within the agreed timeframe, budget and quality levels as required - Maintain documentation: procurement, transport, warehousing, sales and financial records - Prepare expenditure, revenue, cash flow plans for projects. - Interact with all departments of the organisation to verify the execution of documents and provide necessary information to the management. - Request necessary materials from functional services, as well as explanations on the reasons for delays in fulfilment of tasks and instructions of the management. - Prepare expenditure, income and cash flow plans for projects - Participate in the management of project cash expenditures in accordance with cash flow budgets - Coordinate the activities of team members and supervise the completion of tasks - Resolve current issues - Organise cargo transportation on all types of transport Education: higher professional technical or economic education Additional skills: - Additional training in the direction of ‘Project management and implementation’ - Desirable experience in telecommunications and communications, aeronautical communication systems Work experience: at least 2 years Personal qualities: - Communication skills - Perseverance - Self-learning - Initiative - Loyalty - Ability to work in a team Knowledge of languages: - Russian - English (conversational - intermediate, technical - intermediate) Salary (before taxes): - Fixed: 450 thousand tenge gross to accrual. - Variable: bonuses based on performance Special conditions: - Probationary period: 2 months - Expected date of employment: October/November 2024. After completing the training, the employee is required to work in the company for 2 years.
